Steeve Breton, MBA - Founder

Steeve Breton is the founder of Velocity Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm. He has invested in over 1,100 apartment units and has diverse real estate experience including multifamily renovation / re-positioning and ground-up commercial development.  Steeve has built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers. His conservative approach and analytical skills enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal. 

Prior to founding Velocity Capital Steeve built a successful career in IT Systems, responsible for large teams and multi-million dollar projects.   Steeve holds an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and three teenage boys.

Gary Domermuth, CPA - Operations

Gary Domermuth is a business operations specialist, CPA and multifamily real estate investor. His background includes, accounting services, audit, tax preparation, project management and over 10 years of experience working in construction management and operations. In addition to his operations responsibilities, Gary is also Velocity’s North East Acquisitions & Asset Manager. 

Prior to joining our team, Gary worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) performing auditing services in the asset management industry. Gary holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in accounting from Siena College and is a licensed CPA in both the state of Massachusetts and New York.

Rod Khleif - Advisor

Rod Khleif is a passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2000 apartments and homes.  As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. But ask Rod what he is most proud of, and he will tell you about his work as a community philanthropist, over the past 14 years Rod’s work has benefited more than 40,000 underprivileged community children. Khleif has combined his passion for real estate investing with his personal philosophy of goal setting, envisioning, and manifesting success to become one of America’s top real estate investment professionals.
